Phone System Upgrades 8-24-22


FLEC's IVR phone system is undergoing upgrades today. This means bill payments will not be able to be paid over the phone until after 3 p.m. today. Payments may still be made online or through one of our kiosks. Also, outage reports will need to be verbally given to a customer service representative instead of using the automatic reporting system. All operations should be returning to normal today after 3 p.m.
