Employees receive customer service training


Krystal Miller and Carrie Tate completed TVPPA’s Certificate of Customer Service Program. Miller and Tate earned this recognition for completing four program courses focusing on the basics of electricity and communicating effectively with utility customers. Being a member owned cooperative, FLEC is focused on customer service and always strives to make this our first priority.

Krystal Miller has been with FLEC since 2005 and Carrie Tate began her employment in 2009. Congratulations and thanks for your devotion to superior customer service.
