Tuesday Afternoon IVR Upgrades To Be Made


Beginning at 1 p.m. this afternoon, FLEC's billing provider will be making critical upgrades to our IVR phone system. We anticipate these upgrades to take no more than four hours and should be concluded by 5 p.m. today.
How will this affect our members? The phones will still be workings and bill payments may still be made online. However, the bill payment system will not be available during these few hours if you call and need to make the payment by phone. Also, any power outages that might occur between 1 - 5 p.m. today will need to be reported by calling 1-877-353-2674 and speaking to an employee. The automated system will not be available for these few hours.
All systems should be returned to normal by 5 p.m. today. We apologize for any difficulties this upgrade may temporarily cause and appreciate your patience!
