Paying online? Please double check your account number


This is just a reminder to our members using online bill payment systems or paying your electric bill online through our website to please verify the account number before submitting a payment. We want to make sure your payment gets posted to the correct account and is not rejected due to a number error.

Account numbers were changed in April 2012 but have not changed again since this date. Frequent problems have included entering an invalid account number due to keying errors, failure to update the FLEC account number in online banking accounts, and entering the location or meter number instead of the account number. Your account number can be found in the top left box labeled “Account Number” on your electric bill. So please help us help you by double checking your account number before you submit any online payments.
