FLEC Helps Light The Ball Field For Greenback School

Service to the community remains a commitment for Fort Loudoun Electric Cooperative (FLEC). One way this is exemplified was in the recent contribution FLEC and the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) made to Greenback School. FLEC and TVA assisted in funding the ball field lighting at Greenback School. FLEC contributed $25,700 from economic development funds and TVA donated $2,500. The total cost of this lighting project was nearly $130,000. FLEC was proud to assist one of our area schools and give back to our community.

In attendance for the photo were Greenback’s baseball team, Coach Wesley Caldwell, Athletic Director Jessica Spafford, TVA’s Candyce Hitchcock, FLEC’s CEO Jarrod Brackett, FLEC Director Shirley Hall, and FLEC Director James R Pugh.
