Coronavirus Preparedness Update

To FLEC members:

We want you to know that we are closely following news and updates about the coronavirus (COVID 19). We have adopted a pandemic preparedness plan and will implement the necessary steps to assure our members and employees stay as healthy and safe as possible. In addition to our routine cleaning procedures, we are actively monitoring the situation and will be following the guidance from state and federal agencies, as well as the CDC, on proper steps to take to prevent the spread of this virus.

We have asked our employees who are sick to stay home. If you are sick, or have been around someone who is suspected of having any contagious symptoms, we are asking that you protect yourself and our employees by not coming into our office. We have several bill payment options available to our members. We urge you to utilize the envelope provided with your bill and mail back to us. Also, we offer online bill payment options, a drop box at our Vonore office and Friendsville City Hall, and self-serve kiosks at the Save-A-Lot in Tellico Plains and our Vonore office.

Thank you for your understanding during this unprecedented time in our nation’s history. Please go to, like us on Facebook, and follow us on Twitter for the latest updates.
